Kuhnke control system used in Leybold Heraeus vacuum deposition systems contains Gercom /3 terminal with G/3RE 5.5" CRT module. We offer replacement of this obsolete module by 7" LCD along with suitable video signal converter. A new front panel which holds the 7" LCD has been designed for this purpose.We developed also control panel replacement and FDU 3.50 emulator for Leybold Heraeus vacuum deposition systems.
